Our Mission
The McDowell Board of REALTORS was organized to promote common business interests within McDowell County, North Carolina by providing a medium that connects real estate professionals in the community for the benefit of REALTORS and their clients. The board is dedicated to the advancement of professionalism in the industry and is committed to maintaining a high level of ethical business practices.

My name is Brittany Lytle, and I have been a resident of McDowell County since 2015. Alongside me, I have my supportive husband, and together we have two wonderful boys. As a family, we share a love for outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, and exploring new places when we travel.
One of my biggest passions in life is helping others. It is with great excitement that I pursue a career in real estate, as it allows me to combine my passion for assisting people with my enthusiasm for the housing market. I am thrilled about the opportunities that lie ahead and look forward to making a positive impact in the lives of my clients.

September Agent Spotlight: Emilie Burgin

Emilie has been a resident of McDowell County since she was born. One of the biggest reasons she appreciates the county is the people. Growing up in this community has taught her many life values and has given her a love for the people. Being in McDowell County for so many years has allowed her to connect with the community and she will help you connect as well.
She graduated from McDowell Tech with an Associates of Arts and then transferred to Montreat College to finish her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. In her spare time, she spends it taking care of her beloved horses and working with kids in a program called Hope 29:11. The program focuses on teaching children responsibility and brings them closer to people in the community. Emilie understands the value of a home, the memories that will be made there. She is devoted to your wants and desires to ease the transition of buying or selling a home. Check out the videos link at the top of the page to see homes that she has recently sold.
